超声弹性成像技术在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别中的价值分析

Analysis on the Value of Ultrasound Elastography in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Breast Lumps

目的:探究超声弹性成像技术鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的应用价值。方法:选取2010-2012年在本院进行就诊的乳腺肿块患者180例,对患者行超声弹性成像检查,对肿块弹性硬度的分析采用5分法,并对患者的肿块进行病理检查,通过两种检查的比较,获得超声弹性成像技术在鉴别良恶性乳腺肿块方面的应用价值。结果:通过与病理结果的比较,得出良恶性肿块超声弹性成像检查4分及4分以上个数比例的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像技术在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块方面敏感性、特异性和准确性均较高,而且检查方便易行,应用价值比较高,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the value of ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lumps.Method：180 patients with breast lumps from 2010 to 2012 treated in our hospital were selected.The patients were underwent ultrasound elastography examination,and we used 5 points to analyze the elastic hardness of the lumps.We also underwent pathological examination to the lumps of patients,and compared two kinds of examination to obtain the value of ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lumps.Result：Compared with the pathological results,This group obtained that ultrasound elastography had important value in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses lumps（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lumps are relatively high,and the examination is convenient,so it has relatively high value in differentiating benign and malignant breast lumps.It is worth in clinical use.
