论金融支持新型城镇化建设的原则与配套措施

Study on the Principles and Supporting Measures of Financial Support for Constructing New-type Urbanization

基于近期赴川、渝开展金融支持城镇化建设专题调研取得的一些重要发现,本文提出金融支持新型城镇化建设的基本原则和相关配套措施,试图对金融业支持新型城镇化建设问题作出宏观设计和战略谋划,以便为国家金融决策部门提供政策思路。

Based on some important conclusions come from our recent special investigations in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality, we propose the basic principles and supporting measures which should be followed by financial institutions. We try to make overall design and strategic planning in order to provide suggestions to decision-making financial departments.
