摘要
采用烘箱保温法改进纯棉针织物的活性染料冷堆小样仿色工艺，探讨了混合碱剂比例、反应温度、保温时间等因素对冷堆染色工艺的影响。优化的烘箱保温法工艺为：以烧碱与硅酸钠作混合碱剂[混合比例（1：5）]，保温温度70～80℃，保温时间12～15min。结果表明，小样仿色织物的表面得色量与同处方冷堆12h工艺相近，可大大缩短小样仿色时间，提高仿色效率。
Improvement of sampling method of cold pad-batch dyeing of cotton knits is carried out with ＂dwelling at oven＂. The influences of mixed alkali ratio, dwelling temperature and time on dyeing results are discussed. The optimum sampling process is： mixed alkali with caustic soda and sodium silicate of 1：5, and dwelling at 70 ～ 80℃ for 12 ～ 15 min. The results show that the sample has the same color yield as the bulk trails after cold-batching for 12 h. This sampling method can shorten the processing time and improve the efficiency.
