摘要 以自制1,2,3,4.丁烷四羧酸二酐为原料,与聚合度n=8~16的降解壳聚糖反应,制备降解壳聚糖1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸衍生物(BTCJB),应用于亚麻织物防皱整理;通过正交试验,优化亚麻织物BTCJB防皱整理工艺。结果表明,防皱整理剂BTCJB的取代度范围为0.538~0.552,其合成投料比/1,(降解壳聚糖):n(丁烷四羧酸二酐)=1:1.5~1:2.0;BTCJB的亚麻织物防皱整理优化工艺为BTCJB取代度0.538,用量l%,催化剂SHP4%,浴比1:20,165℃焙烘3min,整理后织物折皱回复角可达198°。 Degraded chitosan 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid derivative(BTCJB) is prepared via the reaction of I, 2, 3, 4- butanetetracarboxylic dianhydride and degraded chitosan of DP 8 - 16, and is applied to anti-crease finish of linen fabric. The reaction conditions is determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: degree of substitution of BTCJB is 0.538 ~ 0.552, the molar ratio of degraded chitosan to 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic dianhydride is 1 : 1.5 ~ 1 : 2.0. The optimized anti-crease finish process of linen fabric is: 1% of BTCJB with 0.538 of DS,4% of catalyst SHP, bath ratio 1:20, and curing at 165℃ for 3 min. The finished linen fabric features wrinkle recovery angle of 198°.
