膜渗透蒸发/GC-MS测定纺织品中多氯联苯

Determination of polychlorobiphenyls(PCBs) in textiles by pervaporation/GC-MS

摘要 采用膜渗透蒸发/气相色谱.质谱联用技术,建立了纺织品的多氯联苯测定方法。优化的试验条件为,料液浓度50~1000μg/L,温度43℃,Na2SO4含量0~1%,流速380mL/min。本方法对目标化合物的检测限均低于0.03mg/L,加标回收率在76.66%~118.71%,相对标准偏差小于12%。 The method based on pervaporation and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC/MS) for determination of polychlorobiphenyls [ PCBs) in textiles is described. The optimized conditions of the experiment are concentration of liquid 50 ~ 1000μg/L, temperature 43℃, Na2SO4 0 - 1%, and flow rate 380 mL/min. The detection limits for the method are less than 0.03 mg/L for target compounds, the average recoveries from 76.66 % to 118.71% and the relative standard deviation less than 12%.
