摘要
本文针对信息化建设条件下如何提升大型煤炭企业管控能力的问题进行研究,从纵向控制、横向协同两个维度构建了煤炭企业信息化管控理论体系;以同煤朔州煤电有限公司为例,根据公司管控存在的弊端而设计了适宜当前需求的信息化管控模式,并从构成系统、数据流变迁两方面阐述了信息化管控平台的体系架构;此外,结合煤炭业务流程分析了信息化管控模式的建设实施效果,并提出了信息化管控模式下一阶段的发展方向。
Aiming to solve the problem that how to improve management and control capacity of large-scale coal enterprises based on information , this paper firstly established the theoretical coal enterprise management and control system in the view of vertical control and horizontal coordination .Having taken the information constructions in Shuozhou Coal and Electric Company of Datong coal ming group as an example , the paper designed the suitable information management and control mode according to the existed management faults in it ,and then explained the construction architecture of information control platform through consisted systems and data flow changes .In the last ,combining with the work flow the paper analyzed the construction effects of applying information management and control system ,and proposed the construction direction of the control platform in next developing phase .
