摘要
本文主要研究了煤矿企业高技能人才考核评价问题。首先,结合淮北矿业集团高技能人培养管理的要求,从五个方面建立了淮北矿业集团高技能人才考核评价指标体系,并确定评分标准;其次,运用AHP和模糊综合评价方法分别对指标进行处理和评价,从而构建出淮北矿业集团高技能人才考核评价模型。最后,附案例应用,验证模型的科学性。本文所运用的AHP与模糊综合评价法,可以体现集团对高技能人才培养管理的方向与侧重,并且可有效的处理评价时存在模糊性,评价结果更加符合实际情况。
This paper studies the evaluation problem of the high-skilled talents of coal mining enterprises issues .First of all ,according to the training management requirements of Huaibei Mining Group for high-skilled person ,we set up the evaluation index system of high-skilled talents for Huaibei Mining Group from five aspects ;Secondly ,we build the evaluation model of high-skilled talents based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method . Finally , the scientific of the model is proved by analyzing an application case .This paper can reflect the direction and the key point of high-skilled talent management of the group ,and can effectively handle the ambiguity when dealing with the evaluations ,the results of the evaluation are more realistic .
