水力旋流器在尾矿充填浓缩中的研究和应用 被引量:4

摘要 中钢苍山铁矿和李官集铁矿的原充填站的尾矿矿浆采用立式砂仓浓缩,存在底部造浆风压不足、溢流浓度较高,尾砂利用率低,不能满足地下采空区要求。通过水力旋流器尾矿浓缩的试验研究,发现采用水力旋流器对尾矿的浓缩效果较好,两个矿山采用旋流器浓缩方案对充填站进行系统的改造后,实际运行效果良好,尾矿浓缩浓度大于65%,尾砂利用率大于70%,满足了采空区对尾矿浓度和尾矿量的要求,矿山达到了采充平衡,同时降低了运营费用。 The tailings pulp are concentrated by vertical sand bin formerly in the filling stations of Cangshan iron mine and liguanji iron mine of Sinosteel .The disadvantage of is insufficiency of air pressure for mudmaking ,high concentration of overflow and low utilization ratio of talings that can't meet the requirement of filling .The experiment results show that good effect is obtained in the thickening of tailings by hydrocyclone .After reform by hydrocyclone ,the filling stations are operating well .The concentration of thickened tailing is more than 65% and the utilization ratio of tailings is more than 70% ,which can provide enough tailings and effective concentration for filling ,achieve the balance of mining filling and reduce operation cost .
