摘要
师承教育是培养优秀中医临床人才的重要形式,也是一种独具特色的中医人才培养模式。师承学习通过朝夕临诊,耳濡目染,口授心传,个别指导,衣钵相传,大大缩短了中医成才周期,对于继承名老中医学术经验和解决名老中医后继乏人发挥着重要作用。介绍我校第四批全国师承工作的管理机制、建设成果以及探索未来的发展思路,以期为开展后续的师承工作起到有益的借鉴作用。
Discipular education is an important form for training excellent TCM clinical talents and a mode of TCM talent training with unique features. Discipular education shortens the training period through clinical practicing day and night, constantly seeing and hearing, oral instruction and passing on by heart, individual guiding and inheriting mantle. The management mechanism, achievements and future developing thinking have been introduced in the paper.
