工商管理毕业生职业价值观与职业定位的关系研究

Relationship between occupational values and professional orientation in graduates from specialty of business management

为了调查北京中医药大学工商管理毕业生职业价值观的状况,进而研究职业价值观与职业定位的关系。调查结果显示,北京中医药大学工商管理毕业生的职业价值观以成就实现和职业前景为主,规范道德和福利待遇这两个维度的职业价值观在性别上存在显著差异(P<0.05),轻松稳定这一个维度的职业价值观在生源地上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。此外,技术/职能型与成就实现、福利待遇,管理型与地位追求,自主/独立型与规范道德,安全/稳定型与薪酬期望,创造/创业型与地位追求,服务/奉献型与社会促进、规范道德,挑战型与成就实现,生活型与家庭维护呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。本研究对北京中医药大学工商管理毕业生的择业和就业具有重要的指导意义。

The relationship between occupational values and professional orientation was investigated, and the results showed that the occupational values were mainly achievement fulfillment and vocational perspective in the graduates from the specialty of business management of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The occupational values in the two dimensions of norm-oriented ethics and social benefits had significant difference in gender（P＆lt;0.05）, and in dimension of ease and stability had significant difference in origins of students（P＆lt;0.05）. In addition, there was significant correlation between technological/functional type and achievement fulfillment or social benefits, management type and status seeking, autonomous/independent type and norm-oriented ethics, safe/ stable type and salary expectation, creative/entrepreneurship type and status seeking, service/dedication type and social facilitation or norm-oriented ethics, challenge type and achievement fulfillment, and life type and family maintenance（P＆lt;0.05）. The study is important to guiding graduates in job selection and employment.
