摘要
论述了微碳锰铁和金属锰系列标准样品的设计、研制过程。研制过程满足相关标准和规范的要求。部分特性量值,经电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪和x一射线荧光光谱仪检查,成线性良好。该系列标准样品的研制过程,是铁合金标准样品研制工艺的一种新尝试。
CRMs for extra low carbon ferromanganese and metal manganese were developed. The production of CRMs met the requirements of related standards. Examined by ICP-OES and WDXRF, some characteristic properties show high linearity. This is an innovation for development of ferroalloy certified reference materials.
