HEC与SA复合海绵的制备及性能表征

摘要 制备不同比例的羟乙基纤维素/海藻酸钠复合海绵,根据医用敷料海绵的国家标准要求,对其进行表面密度、吸水、保湿、孔隙率等测试,并利用红外光谱仪测试其复合前后的结构变化以及利用万能试验机及热重分析仪测试复合海绵的力学性能及热稳定性等特征。结果表明:羟乙基纤维素与海藻酸钠溶液可以以一定比例共混并冷冻干燥制备成复合海绵,两者之间只是物理共混,没有发生化学变化,其相容性良好,无明显相分离现象出现;共混比例对混合海绵的物理性能产生一定的影响。综合考虑各项性能参数,羟乙基纤维素与海藻酸钠两种组分的比例为3:1时,此时所制备形成的海绵为最佳。 Hydroxyethyl cellulose / sodium alginate composite sponges of different proportions are prepared. According to the national standards of medical dressings sponge, their surface density, water absorption, moisture and porosity are tested, and using infrared spectroscopy to test structural changes before and after the composite, using universal testing machine and thermal gravimetric analyzer to test mechanical properties and thermal stability of composite sponge. The results showed that: the hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium alginate solutions can be blended in a proportion and freeze-dried to prepare a composite sponge, only physical blending, without chemical changes, the compatibility is good, with no significant isolated phenomenon; blend proportion have some impact on the physical properties of the omposite sponge. Considering the performance parameters, the ratio of two components of hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium alginate is 3:1, at this time, the prepared sponge is the best.
