摘要
设计了一种8路功率合成器。该8路功率合成器采用一种Π型隔离网络替代常用合成器的隔离电阻,其耐功率主要取决于传输线形式和隔离网络的耐功率。对Π型隔离网络进行了理论分析,证明其能够实现两端口之间的隔离,且隔离电阻为50Ω接地电阻,其尺寸不影响合成器的电性能,实现了高功率隔离的目的。给出了HFSS软件的仿真结果,结果显示,该合成器各端口回波损耗优于-20 dB,隔离度优于20 dB。该8路功率合成器幅相一致性高,损耗小,可用于固态发射机的功率合成。
An 8-Channal high power combiner is proposed in this paper.AⅡ isolated network is used in the combiner instead of a isolated resistance.The capacity of the combiner is determined by the modality of the transmission line and the capacity of the isolated network resistance.The analysis in theory show that this Ⅱ network can realize the purpose of high isolation and the resistance used in the Ⅱ isolated network load is 50 Ω,which size can have less effect for the combiner.The result of simulation by HFSS shows that the return loss of this combiner is below-20 dB and the isolation is above 20 dB.This combiner can be used as a power combiner in transmitter.
