摘要
介绍了Texaco煤气化炉激冷室的工作机理。结合齐鲁Texaco煤气化炉激冷环的结构特点和使用状况,阐述了激冷环的主要失效模式及危害,从高温烧蚀、结垢堵塞、冲刷腐蚀等方面进行了失效机理分析;提出了提高材料的性能参数、控制激冷环加工质量、应用激冷环的隐蔽技术、稳定工艺操作、改善激冷水质、加强定期维护等对策措施,以延长激冷环的使用寿命,实现煤气化装置的长周期运行。
The working mechanism of the quench room of the Texaco coal gasifier was introduced, the key failure mode and its resulting harm of the quench ring was expounded based on the structural features and service conditions of the quench ring of the Qilu Texaco coal gasifier. The failure mechanism was analyzed in terms of high temperature abla tion, fouling/plugging, erosion/corrosion, etc. The life time of the quench ring was extended after improving the material performance parameters, controlling its processing quality, applying its concealed technology, stabilizing the process opera tion, improving the quenching water quality, strengthening routine maintenance, etc., as a result, long period operation of the coal gasifier was realized.
