概述了焦炉煤气真空碳酸钾法脱硫工艺及WSA制酸工艺的流程及技术特点。重点介绍了该工艺在重钢焦化厂应用过程中出现的各种问题及解决措施。通过优化脱硫液质量和真空度、解决酸气管道堵塞和过程气冷却器穿漏等问题,使脱硫效率及制酸系统运行率得到了显著提高。煤气净化后H2S质量浓度可稳定达到≤200 mg/m3,制酸运行率实现≥85%。
The processes and technical features of the COG-based vacuum potash desulfurization technology and the WSA acid-making technology were generally descripted, laying emphases on the problems and the countermeasures that cropped up during the operation of those processes. Through optimizing the quality of the desulfurization solution and the vacuum degree, solving the problems such as the blockage of the acid gas pipeline and the leakage of the process gas cooler, the desulfurization efficiency and the operation ratio of the WSA system improved remarkably. The H2S mass concentration, after desulphurization, was decreased to ≤200 mg/m3 and stable, and the operation ratio of the WSA system rose to ≥85%.
