焦化化产低温冷却水系统温度过高的分析及改造

摘要 针对中煤九鑫焦化有限责任公司化产品回收车间低温冷却水系统夏季不能正常运行,严重影响煤气温度、煤气脱硫效率及焦油粗苯回收率的问题,分析其主要原因是原制冷机组的制冷能力和制冷水冷却塔的冷却能力均不能使低温冷却水系统在夏季有效降温。通过改用制冷能力较大的制冷机组,并增建冷却塔,从根本上解决了以上制约生产的瓶颈问题,从而保证了化产冷却系统的稳定运行。 The lowtemperature cooling water system could not be operated normally during summertime in recent years due to the excessive temperature of the chemical recovery system in the Jiuxin Co., Ltd of China Coal & Coke, and that seriously affected gas temperature, its desulfurization and the tar and crude benzene recovery rate. Analysis showed that the refrigeration capacity of the old refrigerators and the cooling capability of the cooling towers were not sufficient to effectively bring the low temperature cooling water system down to the required temperature during the summertime. By applying refrigerators with greater capacity, erecting more cooling towers, the bottleneck problem which restricted plant operation was solved fundamen tally and smooth operation was assured.
