不同密度下玉米DH系单株产量的杂种优势及配合力分析 被引量:19

Analysis of Heterosis and Combining Ability of Per Plant Yield of Maize DH Lines in Different Densities

摘要 采用NCⅡ设计,对玉米DH系在6.0,7.5,9.0万株/hm2密度下单株产量的杂种优势及配合力进行了研究。杂种优势分析结果表明:本试验选用的DH系单株产量杂种优势普遍存在,在3种密度下有4个杂交组合单株产量的平均杂种优势均高于对照"先玉335"和"郑单958",分别是杂交组合B1269×J28(3种密度下分别为202.4%、159.7%、94.1%)、B191×J9(178.1%、140.1%、87.6%)、GJ4×J11(174.4%、138.9%、93.3%)、PH6WC×J28(172.4%、142.5%、88.2%),它们的杂种优势模式均为Reid×Lancaster。配合力效应分析结果表明:在3种密度下DH系B191(1.93,1.45,2.12)、J28(4.71,5.03,6.82)、J11(2.08,2.40,1.32)、J9(2.21,1.60,2.38)单株产量的一般配合力(GCA)效应均高于2个骨干系GJ4和PH6WC,尤其以B191最高;在3种密度下24个杂交组合中杂交组合B191×J9单株产量表现比较稳定,特殊配合力(SCA)效应均表现很高,分别为8.02,10.26,13.63,其总配合力(TCA)效应亦表现出最明显的优势,分别为12.16,13.31,18.13。 Heterosis and combining ability of per plant yield of maize DH lines in 60 000/hm2,75 000/hm2 and 90 000/hm2density conditions were studied by NCⅡ mating design .Heterosis analysis results showed heterosis of DH lines selected in this test is prevalent,heterosis of per plant yield of four hy-bridized combinations in three density conditions is higher than that of xianyu 335 and zhengdan 958, they are B1 269 ×J28(Heterosis of per plant yield in three density conditions are 202.4,1 59.7,94.1 ), B1 91 ×J9(1 78.1 ,1 40.1 ,87.6),GJ4 ×J1 1 (1 74.4,1 38.9,93.3)and PH6WC ×J28(1 72.4,1 42.5, 88.2),and their heterotic pattern is Reid ×Lancaster .Combining ability analysis results showed GCA of per plant yield of DH lines 1 91 (1.93,1.45,2.1 2),J28(4.71 ,5.03,6.82),J1 1 (2.08,2.40, 1.32),J9(2.21 ,1.60,2.38)in three density conditions is higher than that of GJ4 and PH6WC,and GCA of per plant yield for B1 91 is the highest;Among 24 hybrid combinations in three density condi-tions,B1 91 ×J9 has a stable per plant yield performance,its SCA is high,8.02,1 0.26 and 1 3.63 re-spectively,and its TCA predominance is most obvious,1 2.1 6,1 3.31 and 1 8.1 3 respectively .
