摘要
依据模糊综合评价法,采用层次分析法确定了灌溉工程综合评价的指标体系和指标权重,对农业开发项目总体实施情况进行综合评价;并用典型示范区对评价指标体系进行验证,确定出项目综合效益的优劣,这对正确实施农业开发项目,发展节水农业工程的管理具有重要的指导意义。
According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the article determined the index system and the index right of the comprehensive evaluation on the irrigation engineering and evaluated the overall implement situation of the agriculture devel-opment project. To take the typical demonstration area as an example, it tests the index system and identify advantage and weaknes-ses of the project comprehensive benefit, which is great meaningful for management of correctly developing agriculture work and wa-ter-saving work.
