心肺运动试验在60岁以上肺叶切除手术患者术前评估中应用价值评估 被引量:4

Assessment of cardiopulmonary exercise testing prior to lobectomy in patients over 60 years old

摘要 对92例60岁以上肺叶切除手术患者术前进行心肺运动试验并追踪观察,其中14例术中或术后发生心、肺并发症患者的第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)(%)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLco)低于没有发生并发症的78例患者,且心肺运动试验ECG阳性率明显高于没有并发症的患者. A total of 92 patients aged over scheduled for lobectomy patients underwent cardiopulmonary exercise testing and follow-up observations. The values of first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1) (%) and diffusing capacity of CO (DLco) for 14 patients with intra/postoperative cardiopulmonary complications were lower than those of 78 complication-free counterparts. And ECG exercise test load was significantly higher than those without complications.
