双嘧达莫联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗手足口病疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Children with Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease Treated by Dipyridamole Combined with Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid

目的：观察双嘧迭莫联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2011-2012年住院部手足口病患儿469例．随机分为两组：治疗组238例，男性149例，女性89例；对照组231例，男性145例，女性86例。两组年龄、性别、发病病程及白细胞、C反应蛋白差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组给予利巴韦林加入葡萄糖中分两次静脉滴注；双嘧达莫联合蒲地兰消炎口服液口服辅助治疗。对照组仅给予利巴韦林注射液治疗。两组均采用补液、对症支持等治疗，部分合并细菌感染者加用抗菌药物治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组在热退、疱疹消退、症状消失方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：双嘧达莫联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗手足口病具有较好临床疗效。值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of dipyridamole combined with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid in treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods： Select 469 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease, who was in our hospital from 2011 to 2012, and randomly divide them into two groups： 238 cases in the treatment group with 149 male and 89 female; 231 cases in the control group with 145 male and 86 female. Age, sex, course of disease, white blood cell count and C reactive protein difference in the two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）.The treatment group was treated by ribavirin, iv. Dipyridamole combined with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid was used for adjunctive therapy. The control group was treated by ribavirin injection only. Patients of both groups were treated with fluid replacement, symptomatic treatment and so on. Some with combined bacterial infection were treated with extra antibiotics. ARerwards the two groups＇ efficany were observed. Results： The treatment group were superior to the control group in defervescence, herpes subsidising and symptoms disappearing（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dipyridamole combined with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid in treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease is markedly effective, worthy of generalization and application at clinical.
