摘要 陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司榆林炼油厂0.6 Mt/a催化主风机入口圆筒式空气过滤器在运行过程中,发现主风机出现喘振现象,风量波动大、劳动强度大、检修成本增加。将其改造为板框式空气过滤器BKLQ-1300后,能有效滤去直径大于10μm的沙尘等杂物,减少沙尘对催化主风机高速旋转的转子流道及叶片的冲刷,且在不影响主风机正常运行的情况下,更换安全、便捷,维护方便。板框式空气过滤器滤料使用周期长、费用低,经测算每年每台板框式空气过滤器可节约检维修费用约15.91×104RMB$。 In the operation of inlet cylindrical air filter of the main air blower in a 600,000 TPY FCCU,the surge occurred which led to great fluctuation of air flowrate,elevated work intensity and increased maintenance costs.After revamping the filter into a plate and frame type air filter BKLQ-1300,the debris with a size greater than 10 μm can be effectively removed,which reduces the erosion on the flow path and blades of highspeed rotor.The replacement of the filter can be easily and rapidly done without impact on main air blower operation.In addition,the plate air filter is long in operating cycle and low in operating cost.The annual saving of maintenance cost for one plate air filter is about 159,100 Yuan (RMB).
