摘要 在常减压蒸馏装置的管道安装中,常压、减压转油线是极其重要的两个管系,其安装质量直接影响整个装置的运行和最终的产品质量。以南京地区相继施工的两套8 Mt/a常减压装置为例,介绍了常减压转油线的组成,结构及材质,应力对施工的影响等.在第二套常减压转油线施工时,借鉴第一套施工经验,将设计、制造、安装等进行一体化整体考虑,制定出了科学合理的安装工艺,使常减压装置转油线的安装质量得到有效保证。 For piping installation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,atmospheric transfer line and vacuum transfer line are two vitally important piping systems,whose installation quality has a great impact on the operation of the entire unit and quality of the final products.In the case study of two newly-constructed atmospheric and vacuum distillation units (each with a capacity of 8 million tons per year),the compositions,structure and material of atmospheric transfer line and vacuum transfer line as well as the impact of stress on the construction are introduced.The experience learned in the first unit installation has been applied in the construction of the second atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.The integration of design,fabrication and installation is taken into consideration.An effective scientific installation process has been developed,and installation quality of transfer lines of the distillation unit is guaranteed.
