摘要
对催化裂化三级旋风分离器的国内专利文献随时间的变化趋势、申请人申请专利情况、技术的发展态势及主要专利权人的参与状况进行了系统的分析,指出三级旋风分离器专利技术主要涉及提高设备的分离效率和耐磨性能两方面,分别占70%和24%。为提高分离效率,大部分专利围绕进气管、排气管和离心导叶的结构、形状及设置方式;两级或多级分离器及多台分离器的串联、并联等布置方式进行改进,是今后的技术发展方向。为提高耐磨性能,针对分离单管、分离筒体、进气管和排尘结构进行结构上的改进和选择合适的耐磨材料是今后的发展趋势。国内石化科研机构要积极与中国企业联合,同时密切注意外国企业在中国的专利申请情况,开发出具有市场竞争力的三级旋风分离器技术。
The patent documents on third-stage cyclone in fluidized catalytic cracking unit retrieved from China patent database are analyzed in respect of change of patent quantity with time,the patent application of different applicants,the developing trend of technology,the leading owners of patent technologies and the patents distribution.It is pointed out that the development trend of patent technologies of the 3rd-stage cyclone separator is to improve the separation efficiency and wear resistance of equipment.The patents on these two aspects accounted for 70% and 24% respectively.To improve the separation efficiency,the improvements of gas inlet line,outlet line,construction and shape of centrifugal blades,series arrangement and parallel arrangement of 2-stage cyclone separators or multi-stage cyclone separators and multiple cyclone separators are the development trends of the technologies.To improve the wear resistance,the improvements of gas inlet line and dust removal construction as well as selection of appropriate material are the future development trends.The Chinese research and development institutions should work closely with the Chinese companies and pay a great attention to the patent application by overseas applicants to successfully developed competitive 3rd-stage cyclone separator technologies.
