摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司S Zorb装置存在的问题进行了全面分析,并详细介绍了S Zorb装置于2013年大检修期间进行的进料加热炉整体更新、提升转剂线优化及改造、增加空气干燥器、电加热器整体更新等消缺及扩能改造项目的实施内容和效果。项目实施后,S Zorb装置已连续稳定运行6个月以上。标定结果表明,在接近设计压力(2.9 MPa)时,实际最大加工量达到120 t/h,能耗为236.55 MJ/t,精制汽油收率为99.03%,脱硫汽油硫质量分数为27μg/g,产品质量稳定可控。改造后装置实际加工能力提高30%以上,操作稳定性大幅提高,改造效果良好,但同时也暴露出反应器过滤器压力降上升过快、反吹频繁导致装置无法达到设计负荷等问题。
The existing problems in S Zorb unit in SINOPEC Jinan Company are extensively studied.The modernizations and expansions of S Zorb unit in the overhaul in 2013 are described in detail such replacement of feed furnace,optimization and revamping of catalyst lift line,addition of air drier and replacement of electric heater,etc.The S Zorb unit has been running smoothly and continuously for over 6 months after project implementation.The performance tests demonstrate that,at the design pressure of 2.9 MPa,the actual maximum capacity is 120 t/h,the energy consumption is 236.55 MJ/t,the yield of refined oil is 99.03%,the sulfur in desulfurized gasoline is 27 ppm and product quality is stable and under control.Whereas,the shortcomings are the rapid pressure drop of reactor filter and higher frequency of backflush which have affected the unit operation at the design capacity.
