摘要
对延迟焦化装置的能耗组成进行了分析,通过各项目占总能耗的比重找出影响装置能耗的关键因素。采取加热炉炉管定期机械清焦、加热炉烟道和风道蝶阀气动执行器更换为控制精度较高的电液自动控制执行机构、加热炉系统控制方案优化等措施,提高了加热炉的热效率,降低了燃料气耗量;取消一级叶轮降低加热炉进料泵扬程、停运部分机泵等,降低了装置电耗;优化分馏塔控制方案,在保证提高轻组分收率的同时,降低能耗;柴油出装置实现热联合供料,增加了低温位热输出;冷焦、除焦补水使用脱硫净化水,降低了新鲜水耗量;冷焦水空冷防冻改造、焦炭塔冷焦改泡焦方案等进一步降低了蒸汽和水的耗量。
The energy consumptions of the delayed coking unit are analyzed,and the key factors influencing the energy consumption of unit is found out by study of the percentage of each consumption in the total energy consumption.Through regularly mechanical decoking of furnace tubes,the replacement of pneumatic actuators of butterfly valves for the stack of furnace with electro-hydraulic automatic control actuators and optimization of automatic control system,etc have improved the thermal efficiency of the furnace and reduced the requirement of fuel gas.The elimination of 1 st-stage impeller to lower the head of feed pump of furnace and shutdown of some pumps etc have reduced the electricity requirement.The optimization of fractionation tower control has lowered the energy consumption while maintaining a higher yield of light oil.The heat integration for the diesel effluents has increased the output of low-temperature heat.The utilization of desulfurized clean water for coke cooling water and decoking make-up water has reduced the fresh water consumption.Revamping of air coolers for coke cooling water and replacement of cooling with coke bubbhng,etc has further lowered the steam and water consumptions.
