摘要
本文阐述了应用导电原理研制肉类水份数字测量仪的探测头及电路设计原理,文中还对该仪器的测量误差进行初步分析。
In the article, the design of probe anb circuit for develoment of the leat moisture measuring instrument by means of the conductance principles is deseribed. In this paper, the analysis of the measuring error for this measuring instrument is given.
