钻杆加热温度的模糊PD控制器设计

摘要 钻杆的加热温度需要得到重视,温度的控制把握好坏直接影响到成品的质量,会导致使用中产生早期疲劳失效的恶果,所以在生产过程中要严格控制钻杆加热的沮度。这里的温度我们采用模糊PD控制,而模糊技术是当今世界量新技术之一,其突出优点就是能模仿和描述人的思维方式,总结和反映人的经验。PD控制是比例微分控制可以提高精度,加速过渡过程。通过模糊控制环节和PD控制环节的结合配合控制钻杆的加热流程可以达到智能化人性化更精确的工作效果。 Drill pipe heating temperature needs to be taken seriously, the temperature control to grasp a direct impact on the quality of the finished product, it will lead to early fatigue failure of the consequences of use, so it must control the drill pipe heating temperature strictly in the production process. We use fuzzy PD control in temperature, and the fuzzy technology is one of the world's latest technology with advantage both of the ability to mimic the way people thinks and describes and summarizes and reflects the human experience. PD control is proportional differential control which can improve the accuracy and accelerate the transition process. By combining fuzzy control links and links with the PD control and matched with the heating process of drill, it can achieve more precise work results of intelligent humanity.
