临床护理路径在断指再植手术患者中的应用分析

Application analysis of clinical nursing path in finger replantation surgery

目的 探讨临床护理路径在断指再植手术患者中的应用效果,并总结相关的护理方法.方法 选择我院手足外科收治的72例断指再植患者的临床资料,其中观察组36例患者采用临床护理路径进行护理干预,而对照组36例患者采用常规的护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组患者对护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理等护理满意度均明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义,观察组患者的住院时间也明显短于对照组患者,而且观察组患者的断指成活率为94.4％,明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（Х^2=4.18,P＜0.05）.结论 临床护理路径在断指再植手术术后的恢复中有着十分重要的意义,值得临床广泛推广和应用.

Objective To investigate the application effects of clinical nursing path in finger replantation surgery,and summarize the relevant nursing methods.Methods A total of 72 patients with finger replantation surgery were divided into two groups,observation group was given clinical nursing path nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine care measures.The care effects for two groups were compared.Results The satisfactions rate of nurses attitudes,nursing level,health education and psychological nursing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control patients,and the difference was statistically significant.The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the patient＇s finger survival rate was 94.4% in observation group,it was significantly higher than that in control group （Х^2 =4.18,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The clinical nursing path in replantation surgery postoperative recovery has a very important significance,and it is worthy of clinical and applied widely.
