家长干预的综合管理模式对网络成瘾患者戒治及家长心理健康的影响

Effect of the comprehensive management mode of the parent intervention on the treatment for patients with Internet addiction and their parents＇ psychological health

目的 探讨家长干预的综合管理模式对网络成瘾患者戒治及家长心理健康的影响.方法 在心理＋药物＋物理＋工娱治疗的综合干预模式基础上,将120例网络成瘾患者按家长自愿原则分为两组,分别采用无家长陪护（对照组）和家长全程陪护（研究组）方式,每组各60例,于入组前及20周后对患者进行网络成瘾自评量表、Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）和简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）评定网络成瘾患者的心理状况.用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对家长入组时和出院时的心理状况进行评定.出院后每2个月进行家庭访视、电话随访或患者返院分享,观察时间为1年,用社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）进行评定.结果 研究组干预后患者网络成瘾自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,两组Hamilton评分治疗前后差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,而组间比较差异无统计学意义.研究组患者治疗后积极应对因子（PC）分高于对照组,而消极应对因子（NC）分低于对照组.出院时,研究组家长SCL-90各因子得分除偏执、精神病性两因子外均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.1年后,研究组SDSS各因子分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 家长陪护干预对网络成瘾患者有较好的效果,可以有效地促进患者戒除网瘾,重塑和完善患者的性格,同时提高患者家长的心理健康水平.

Objective To investigate the effect of the integrated management mode of the parent intervention on the treatment for patients with Internet addiction and their parents＇ psychological health.Methods Based on the comprehensive intervention mode,120 patients with Internet addiction were divided into control group with no parents escort and study group with parents full escort according to parents voluntariness.Each group has 60 cases.All the patients＇psychological status was assessed before grouping and 20 weeks later.The parents＇psychological status was assessed by SCL-90 when dividing into groups and leaving hospital.Results After the intervention,in the study group the score of the Internet addiction self-evaluation scale was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant （P ＜ 0.01）.After treatment,in the study group the score of positive response factor was higher than that of control group,and the score of negative response factor was lower than that of control group.The scores of SCL-90 factors of the study group were all lower than those of control group except for bigotry and psychosis two factors.After 1 year,the scores of SDSS factors in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions Parents escort intervention can effectively promote getting rid of Internet addiction,remodel and improve the patient＇s personality,and improve the level of parents＇ mental health.
