男男与女女两种同性性行为人群艾滋病知识知晓率比较研究

Comparative study on awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among MSM and WSW

目的 为了解男男性行为人群（men who have sex with men,MSM）和女女性行为人群（women who have sex with women,WSW）艾滋病知识知晓率及影响因素,为在高危人群中开展艾滋病、性病防治知识宣传教育和干预提供科学依据.方法 采用滚雪球、网络招募、目标人群聚集场所随机抽样三种抽样方法招募调查对象,采用面对面问卷调查,应用SPSS 17.0统计分析.结果 共调查MSM400人,年龄中位数30岁,未婚占45.0％,文化程度高中及以上占70.5％,同性性取向占82.4％.共调查WEW 85人,年龄中位数24岁,未婚占76.5％,高中及以上学历占78.0％,职业以商业服务（32.9％）、家务及待业（17.6％）为主,同性性取向占82.4％.MSM防治知识知晓率为50.6％,WSW为70.5％,两种人群知识知晓率有统计学差异（Х^2=12.573,P＜0.05）.两种人群不同年龄组的防治知识知晓率有统计学意义（Х^2=26.021,P＜0.05）；两种人群不同婚姻状况个体知晓率有统计学意义（Х^2=10.028,P＜0.05）.单因素分析表明,年龄、婚姻状况是两种同性性取向人群艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素.不同年龄组MSM人群比WSW人群知晓率高,21-29岁年龄组知晓率高,不同婚姻的MSM比WSW知晓率高,在婚的知晓率高.结论 WSW和MSM艾滋病知识知晓率较低,应加强两类人群的艾滋病性病知识普及率,降低艾滋病、性病发病率.

Objective To understand the AIDS-related knowledge and influencing factors among men who have sex with men and women who have sex with women,so as to provide the basis for health education and behavior intervention.Methods The subjects were adopted through snowball sampling,network recruiting and random sampling in target population gathering place.The face to face questionnaire survey was used to collected information.SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results 400 MSM were interviewed,median age was 30 years old,45.0% of MSM were unmarried,70.5% were high school or above educational background,82.4% were homosexual preference.A total of 85 WSW were surveyed,median age was 24 years old,76.5% were unmarried,78.0% were high school or above,the majority of them were commercial servers （32.9%） and housework and unemployment（17.6%）.82.4% of the WSW were homosexual preference.The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge of two groups （MSM： 50.6% vs WSW： 70.5%） had statistically difference （Х^2 =12.573,P 〈 0.05）.Age,marriage were influence factors on the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge.The awareness rate were different among different age groups （Х^2 =26.021,P 〈 0.05） and different marital status （Х^2 =10.028,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge in WSW and MSM was low,personalized health education and intervention measures should be carried out to decrease incidence rate.
