无环鸟苷与炎琥宁联合用药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床试验

Randomized clinical trial of treating herpes simplex keratitis by acyclovir and Yanhuning combination

目的 探讨无环鸟苷与炎琥宁联合用药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎（herpes simplex keratitis,HSK）的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将80例HSK患者用抽签的方法随机分至对照组与干预组.对照组采用无环鸟苷滴眼液点眼治疗,干预组在此基础上给予炎琥宁冻干粉针刺治疗.比较两组临床疗效及副反应发生率.结果 干预组治疗有效率为95％,对照组有效率75％,两组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.干预组患者的复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组的起效时间为（1.4±0.6）d、角膜溃疡愈合时间为（5.4±0.8）d、充血消退时间为（6.6±1.1）d、刺激症状消失时间为（6.3±0.7）d均短于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组的不良反应发生率为12.50％明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 无环鸟苷与炎琥宁联合用药治疗HSK临床疗效显著,复发率低,可加以推广及应用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acyclovir combined with Yanhuning to treat herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）.Methods A total of 80 patients with HSK were included in our study.They were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.Acyclovir eye drops treatment was used in control group,while treatment group received lyophilized powder Yanhuning acupuncture treatment on the base of acyclovir eye drops treatment.Clinical efficacy and side effects were compared.Results The response rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （95％ vs 75％,P ＜ 0.05）,while the relapse rate statistically lower in treatment group than control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The time from get treatment to produce effectiveness and keratohelcosis recovery was 1.4 ± 0.6d and 5.4 ± 0.8d in treatment group which were significantly shorter than that in control group.In treatment group,keratohelcosis healed in 5.4 ± 0.8 days,hyperaemia faded in 6.6 ± 1.1 days,stimulus symptoms disappeared within 6.3 ± 0.7 days,which were also statistically shorter in treatment group than control group.The side effect rate was 12.5％ in treatment group,which is lower than control group（P ＜0.05）.Conclusions Acyclovi combined with Yanhuning is efficiency and safety in treating HSK.
