温针灸联合超声波治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of warming needle moxibustion combined with ultra-sound for patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的 探讨温针灸联合超声波治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果.方法 将广西壮族自治区柳州市柳铁中心医院2012年8月～2013年6月收治的60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组.治疗组30例患者采用温针灸联合超声波疗法,对照组30例患者使用超声波治疗.5次/周,治疗4周;运用数字疼痛评分法（NPRS）及西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）分别于治疗前和治疗4周后评价.结果 治疗组NPRS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗后WOMAC总积分治疗组为（31.17±2.52）分,明显低于对照组[（38.03±0.41）分],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组疼痛积分、关节僵硬积分和日常活动积分均低于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 温针灸联合超声波治疗膝骨性关节炎效果更显著.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of warming needle moxibustion combined with ultrasound for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,who were treated in Liutie Central Hospital of Liuzhou City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 2012 to June 2013,were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in treatment group were given warming needle moxibustion plus ultrasound.30 patients in the control group were taken the treatment of ultrasound.Five times a week.Totally,4 weeks of treatment were required.The indicators such as NPRS score and WOMAC score were adopted to evaluate the efficacy respectively before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The NPRS score in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the total integral of WOMAC was （31.17±2.52） points in treatment group,obviously lower than that in control group [（38.03±0.41） points],presenting statistically significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0.05）.The pain score,the joint stiffness score,the score for daily activities in treatment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of warming needle moxibustion combined with ultrasound is a better therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
