手术室舒适护理模式对提高患者满意度及减少并发症的意义

The significance of comfortable nursing model to improve patients' satis-faction and reduce the complications

目的 探讨在手术室护理中采取舒适护理模式对提高患者满意度、舒适度及减少并发症的意义.方法 选择南方医科大学第三附属医院2011年5月～2013年11月麻醉科所收治行手术治疗的患者共96例,作为本文的研究对象,按照随机数字法详细分为研究组与对照组,每组48例,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上采取舒适护理模式,比较分析两组患者的症状自评量表评分即SCL-90评分、患者的舒适度以及对护理的满意度,总结并发症情况.结果 研究组患者抑郁、焦虑主要因素评分为（1.66±0.48）分与（1.56±0.52）分,要显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=3.841,4.131,P＜0.05）,研究组在术后,患者的舒适度以及对护理的满意度要显著高于对照组,研究组护理满意度评分为（97.3±5.9）分,对照组为（83.5±4.2）分,差异有统计学意义（t=4.931,P＜0.05）,并发症方面,研究组的并发症发生率为4.17％,对照组发生率为16.67％,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=18.734,P＜ 0.05）.结论 在手术室护理中应用舒适护理模式,有助于提高患者的舒适度与对护理的满意度,能够更充分地满足患者的生理以及心理需求,减少并发症,值得临床广泛性借鉴应用.

Objective To explore the significance of comfortable nursing model to improve patients＇ satisfaction and reduce the complications.Methods A total of 96 patients with surgical treatment in Department of Anaesthesia of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from May 2011 to November 2013 were chosen as the research object of this article,according to the method of random numbers,they were detailed divided into research group and control group,each group of 48 cases,and control group patients were given the routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of conventional nursing were given the comfortable nursing mode,comparative analysis of two groups of patients the self-assessment lists of symptom score of SCL-90 score,the patients＇ comfort and satisfaction of nursing were done,the complications were summaried.Results Patients with depression,anxiety,main factors score of （1.66± 0.48） scores and （1.56±0.52） scores in research group,were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were significant differences after statistics processing statistical significance （t =3.841,4.131,P 〈 0.05）.After the surgery,the patients＇ comfort and satisfaction of nursing in research group were significantly higher than those of control group,nursing satisfaction score in research group was （97.3±5.9） scores,control group was （83.5±4.2） scores,with significant difference （t =4.931,P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of complications in research group was 4.17%,incidence of control group was 16.67%,there was a significant difference （x2=18.734,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of comfort nursing care in operating room nursing mode,can help to improve the patients＇ comfort it and satisfaction of nursing,fully meet the patients physiological and psychological needs,reduce the complications and is worth of clinical extensive application for reference.
