天然药物单体联合西药抑制消化道肿瘤的研究进展

Advances in the research of natural herbal drugs monomer combined with western medicine against gastrointestinal tumors

消化道肿瘤是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤。目前,西药的非针对性治疗及肿瘤的耐药性常导致化疗的失败,并产生严重的毒副作用。天然药物单体因其独特的抗肿瘤效应及较少的不良反应,成为抗肿瘤药物开发的一个热点。天然药物单体联合西药化疗将是今后肿瘤化疗的发展方向之一。本文就天然药物单体联合西药抑制消化道肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。

Gastrointestinal tumors are the most common malignant tumors in the clinic. Currently, non-targeted thera- py of western medicine and the drug resistance of tumors often leads to the failure of chemotherapy, and serious toxic- ity. Because of its unique anti-tumor effect and fewer adverse reactions, natural herbal drugs monomer becomes a hotspot for anticancer drug development. Natural herbal drugs monomer combined with western medicine chemothera- py will be one of the future direction of development of cancer chemotherapy. The research is about the newest progress of natural herbal drugs monomer combined with western medicine against gastrointestinal tumors.
