超微四神丸对泄泻模型大鼠T细胞亚群的影响

Effects of ultrafine sishen pill on T lymphocyte subset in the model of diarrhea syndrome rats

目的观察超微四神丸对泄泻模型大鼠T细胞亚群的影响,探讨超微四神丸治疗泄泻的免疫学机制。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分组,按参考文献[2]制备脾肾阳虚泄泻模型,各组给予不同处理后,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的变化情况。结果模型组外周血CD3+、CD4+细胞百分比降低,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),CD8+细胞百分比较正常组升高(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。四神丸汤剂组和超微组上述指标均有改善,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且超微组在调节CD4+和CD8+水平上优于汤剂组(P<0.05)。结论超微四神丸对泄泻大鼠的作用与调节外周血T细胞亚群水平有关。

Objective To observe the effects of Ultrafine Sishen Pill on T lymphocyte subset in the model of diarrhea Syndrome rats, and to explore the immunological mechanism of Ultrafine Sishen Pill on diarrhea. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into different groups randomly. Prepare spleen-kidney Yang deficiency of diarrhea model. Each group was giving different treatments, CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ of T lymphocyte cell subset were measured by flow cytometer. Result The percentage of CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ in peripheral blood of model group was decreased, the difference was significant compared with the normal group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The percentage of CD8 ^＋ of model group was increased, compared with the normal group （ P 〈 0.05）, the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was lower than the normal group（ P 〈 0.05）. The above-mentioned indexes of Sishen Pill decoction group and Uhrafine group were improved, compared with model group they had a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, and Ultrafine group in the reduction of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ was superior to the decoction group. Conclusion Effects of Ultra_fine Sishen Pill on diarrhea Syndrome in rats are possibly associated with T Lymphocyte subset.
