平艾合剂1号方是马建萍主任医师的经验方,为马老在长期临床实践的基础上的经验总结,是经反复验证的有效的中药复方制剂。方由太子参、生地黄为君,黄芪、天冬等药为臣所组成。以"扶正祛邪、平调阴阳、益气补虚"为基本治疗原则。能明显改善艾滋病患者症状、体征,提高CD4+细胞水平,增强免疫功能,减少机会性感染,提高AIDS/HIV感染者的生存质量,延长其生命。

Pingai Recipe 1 is chief physician Ma Jianping＇s empirical recipe in the AIDS research lab of the autonomous district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on long term of her clinical experience, it is an effective Chinese compound recipe after repeated verification. In Pirtgai Recipe 1, pseudostellaria root and rehmannia root are the main drugs while astragalus mongholicus and asparagus cochinchinensis are adjuvant drugs. The basic treatment principles are strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, balancing Ying and Yang and tonifying qi and deficiency.
