蒿芩清胆汤出自俞根初《通俗伤寒论》,以通利三焦泄化湿浊为主,兼清宣胆经之火,是为标本兼顾之方。临证以证为先,辨证与辨病相结合,异病同治,用于发热、耳鸣、呃逆、失眠、胁痛等多种疾病,疗效满意。临证只要紧扣"少阳湿热痰浊阻滞"病机,可掌握病情发展规律,可扩大其适应征。

It should be given priority to the type of syndrome in Clinic, and then, to disease and differentiation of symptoTns and signs, homotherapy for heteropathy, Haoqin Qingdan combine differentiation of Decoction is used to cure many diseases, such as fever, tinnitus, singnltus, insomnia, hypochondriac pain. Only to keep the pathogenesis of damp-heat and phlegm stasis, which can master law of progression, extend its therapeutic properties further.
