柴苓汤是张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中之名方,方由小柴胡汤合五苓散组成。具有和解少阳,疏达三焦,清利湿热的作用。临床上对于久治不愈的,其病机属于少阳枢机不利,三焦瘀滞之水肿,应用柴苓汤加减,可水湿得化,三焦自通,水肿得消,疗效满意。

Chailing Decoction is the famous prescription from Treatise on Febrile and Miscellanesous Diseases. It has the function of harmonizing Shaoyang,dredging Sanjiao, clearing heat and eliminating dampness. The intractable nature of it is due to the dysfunction of Shaoyang and Sanjiao stasis. Chailing Decoction can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
