高淑红主任认为,顽固性呃逆的病因多为饮食不当、情志不舒和正气亏虚等,其病机为胃失和降,胃气上逆。病情顽固者责之体虚与痰湿,体虚难以驱邪速愈,湿性黏滞,病情辗转难愈。且呃逆日久,久病入络,临证需辨证施治,久病需考虑祛瘀活血之法,针药并用,以求速愈。
