射银汤治疗急性咽炎

She Yin Decoction in the treatment of acute pharyngitis

目的观察自拟射银汤治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 50例诊断为急性咽炎(急喉痹)风热证患者,采用自拟射银汤(药用射干、金银花、牛蒡子、赤芍、牡丹皮等)治疗,5 d为1疗程,对比治疗前后临床疗效改善情况。结果治愈34例,显效6例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率为92%。结论射银汤能显著改善急性咽炎(急喉痹)风热证患者的临床症状及体征,提高患者生活质量,且无毒副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made She Yin Decoction in the treatment of acute pharyngitis. Methods 50 eases with acute pharyngitis in our hospital were chosen. They were diagnosed acute pharyngitis by symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination and traditional medicine syndrome differentiation. At the same time, the diagnosis is in accor- dance with the industry standard. The clinical curative effects were to be observed by taking the course of treatment before and after treatment. The efficacy evaluation of execution is in accordance with industry standards. Results The effective rate in treatment group is 68 % and the total effective rate is 92%. Conclusion She Yin Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute pharyngitis. It has no side effects and improves the life quality of patients.
