自2013年9月1日开始,纽约市将使用新的评价体系来评价全市所有公立中小学的教师。本文全面介绍了纽约市"教师评价与发展新体系"的构建历史、主要框架、基本内容、实施过程和保障措施,重点介绍了Charlotte Danielson的"教学框架"评价量表的结构与内容,以期对我国中小学教师评价改革有所借鉴。
New York City has adopted a new teacher evaluation system to make assessment for all the teachers in the public primary schools and middle schools since September 1, 2013. This essay describes the history, the main framework, basic contents, the process of evaluation and its safeguards while the writer mainly aims at Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching, with the hope of making changes to Teacher Evaluation in China.
