摘要 军方在质量监督检查中发现,电连接器尾附组件滚压处镀层磨损,该尾附组件装配工艺过程为将垫片和齿形垫圈压入直夹线尾部接头收口处,并进行滚压收口,滚压工艺要求垫片和齿形垫圈能够自由转动且收口后不能脱出。直夹线尾部接头是铝合金镀镉件,滚压过程中,如果滚轮材料太硬,将导致其滚压部位镀层磨损露白;如果滚轮材料太软,将导致滚轮损坏,使组件滚压不上。经过分析及多次工艺试验,摸索出了新的滚压工艺方法,设计制作了特殊的滚轮组件工装,并在保证用户需求的前提下,改进了滚压收口处的结构设计尺寸,解决了滚压过程中镀层磨损露白问题。 During the military quality supervision and inspection,the tail accessories rolling coat of electric connector wearing was found.The assembly process of a series of tail attached assembly is that the gasket and toothed washer is pressed into the end of straight line clamping tail joint and is rolled to necking down.The rolling process requires that the gasket and toothed washer can rotate freely and cannot prolapse.Straight line clamping tail joint is a cadmium plated aluminum alloy,its cladding will be broken in the rolling process if the roller was too hard.But if the roller material was not hard enough,the components cannot be rolled together and the roller will be damaged at the same time.A new technique for rolling was invented after lots of analysis and experiments.Special rolling equipment was designed and fabricated,the structure and dimension of the tail joint necking part was improved on the premise of satisfying all the customer's requirements,the problem that the cladding easily to be broken in the process of rolling was solved.
