摘要
发射架属于大型桁架类零件,架体由21根梁装配、焊接而成,其本身的刚度较小。在制造过程中,经过焊接、热处理和机械加工工序后,发射架产生了较大的变形,影响了其制造精度。本文通过对发射架的结构特点及工艺进行分析,找出了发射架产生变形的主要原因,制定出了合理的工艺措施,有效地控制了发射架的变形量,保证了零件的精度。
The emit frame is the big truss,which was weld and assembled by 21 crossbeam,and its rigidity is poor.After the manufacture processing such as welding,heat treatment and mechanical process,the emit frame generate the metamorphosis,so the precision of manufacture was been influenced.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristic of the structure and technology,the main reason of metamorphosis was found,and the reasonable process measures to decrease the metamorphosis were made,which ensured the precision of this product.
