为配合酒泉钢铁集团公司中板生产线的产能升级,需要对现有高压水除鳞系统进行扩容改造,在比较分析除鳞系统2种供水方式特点的基础上,提出了采用高压离心泵+变频器+蓄能器组的供水方式,取代了原有柱塞泵组+蓄能器组的供水形式。详细介绍了除鳞点的设计、除鳞系统的参数计算以及除鳞设备的选型等方面的内容,可为同类型除鳞系统改造提供参考。
The high pressure water dephosphorization system will be reconstructed for needs of JISCO medium plate's product and quality upgrade.According to the comparison of the characteristic of two kinds of high pressure water dephosphorization system,the water supplying way of high pressure centrifugal pump with transducer and accumulator group system was adopt instead of the way of plunger pump group with accumulator group.The paper presented the design scheme in details,including the analysis of descaling system style,the design of descaling parameters,the selection of dephosphorization equipment's model and so on.
