摘要
直线电动机以其高精度、高刚度、高效率、运行平稳、零传动以及宽的速度范围等优势,在超精密运动平台中的应用越来越广泛。超精密运动平台是超精密机床最核心的组成部分之一,而直线电动机又是超精密运动平台的最核心部件。本文论述了直线电动机在超精密运动平台上的应用,重点探讨了直线电动机在实际应用中的选型计算,通过对选型计算过程的描述,为相关的技术人员提供借鉴。
Linear motor is more and more widely applied in the ultra-precision motion platform with high precision,high rigidity,high efficiency,smooth running,zero transmission and a wide range of speed,ultra-precision motion platform is the core components of ultra-precision machine,while the linear motor is the core components of ultra-precision motion platform.The paper presented the linear motor applied in the ultra-precision motion platform,while it focused on the calculation of type selection of the linear motor in practical applications.Through describing the calculation process,it can provide reference for the relevant technical personnel.
