摘要
利用ADAMS软件建立了套圈、钢球和保持架的角接触球轴承多体接触动力学仿真模型,在不同转速、径向力和引导游隙下,运用ADAMS软件仿真分析了角接触球轴承的动力学性能、保持架的波动冲击和稳定性,讨论了角接触球轴承的接触力、保持架的角加速度及其质心运动轨迹等的仿真结果。研究结果表明,保持架的波动和稳定性与角接触球轴承的运动速度、引导间隙和载荷等因素相关。多体动力学模型和分析结果为不同工况下使用的角接触球轴承的动态设计和疲劳寿命提供了参考方法。
The multi-body contact dynamics model of angular contact ball bearings of the ring,steel ball and cage have been established by ADAMS.The dynamic contact simulation analysis has been achieved by ADAMS and the dynamic characteristics of bearings and wave fluctuations shock and stability of cage were analyzed under different rotating speed,radial load and guide clearance.The calculated results of angular contact ball bearings have been verified by theoretical values such as dynamic contact force,angular acceleration speed of cage and trace of cage's center.The dynamic volatility and stability of cage were affected by angular speed of ball bearings,guide clearance and load.The dynamic analysis model and simulation results are significance in guiding the design and fatigue life analysis of angular ball bearings with different conditions.
