摘要 矿山巷道多采用单轨运输模式,在矿山运输中经常出现堵车,对工作效率产生了严重的影响。本文采用CC-Link现场总线实现金属矿山运输监控,利用组态软件(组态王)的工控机(上位机),基于三菱PLC(下位机),对矿井中机车的运输状态实施监控,在控制室能够清晰、即时地观察机车的运行状态,实现人机对话,更有效地实现自动化和智能化,详细介绍了I/O模块监控系统、信号系统、系统的组态变量和语言以及PLC编程和程序的写入。 According to the model of single-track railway in the mine transport systems,there is a phenomenon of traffic congestion which has a serious influence on work efficiency.The paper used the fundamental method of monitoring system for the monorail transport at metal mines based on CC-Link field bus technology,IPC with the King-view and the programming software of Mitsubishi to finish the implementation of monitoring for miners truck in the mine.It's effective to realize automation and intelligentize with the man-machine conversation.The paper introduced the system of I/O module in monitor,the signal system,the system of the configuration variables and language,and the writing of the PLC program in detais.
