CRH2A型动车组刮雨器五级检修工艺研究

Research on Process of Five Levels Maintenance for Wiper of CRH2 EMUs

五级检修作为动车组检修的最高修程,对消除动车组各零部件在运行过程中产生的不良状态,以及保证动车组在客运工作运行安全方面具有重要意义。本文以时速250km的CRH2A型动车组为例,对其五级检修工艺流程及刮雨器的结构进行了简单介绍,在五级检修规程及实际检修经验的基础上,对刮雨器的五级检修工艺进行了分析研究,并对刮雨器五级检修通电调试过程中经常出现的故障进行了分析研究,为排除动车组刮雨器在日常维护工作中的类似故障提供了一定的技术支持。

The five levels maintenance as the highest maintenance of EMUs,which has provided the valuable support for eliminating the various conditions of EMUs in process of applying the adverse state and to ensure the EMUs in safe operation.Taking CRH2A 250 km/h EMUs for example,the five levels maintenance process and structure of wiper were introduced,based on the five levels maintenance rules and the actual experience,the process of wiper maintenance was studied,and the faults in power on commissioning were analyzed.It is meaningful and helpful for the wiper of EMUs during routine maintenance.
