摘要
系统分析全球科技中心转移过程与规律,强调自然科学创新发明的最佳年龄段是25至45岁,峰值是37岁.因此,在国家实施创新驱动发展战略中青年人才具有特别重要的作用.研究认为,中国科技实力在迅速增强,部分领域已经居世界领先地位,而青年人才成长是最大的希望.建议树立科学的人才观,用创业基金支持创新发展,加大对青年人才创新的政策支持力度.得出结论:中国正在迈向世界科技中心,有可能完成全球第六次科技中心转移的任务;支持一代青年英才脱颖而出是全社会的责任,需要各个方面共同努力;青年人才要树立创新自信,勇敢担负起未来重大创新突破的历史重任.
The author makes a systematic analysis on the process and rules of the global technology center transfer, emphasizing ones’ optimal age for natural science innovation is 25 to 45 years old,with the peak of 37 years old. Therefore the young talents play a particularly important role in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in their countries. It is suggested that the Chinese technological strength is on rapid increase,some fields have achieved a leading position in the world,and the cultivation of young talents is of the utmost hope. We should establish a scientific concept of talent,supported by a venture fund to encourage the innovation and development, and strengthen the policy support for the youth talents’ innovation. In conclusion,it is stated that China is moving towards the world science and technology center,and might complete the sixth transfer of the global technology center;It is the responsibility of the whole society to support the young talents to become outstanding in the fierce competition owing to the joint efforts of all aspects;Meanwhile the young talents should establish innovation confidence with the courage to take on the historical responsibility for the major breakthrough innovation in future.
