摘要 我国高职院校教师专业发展在教师准入标准、职前职后培训、政策与保障机制等方面还存在着诸多问题。针对现存问题,通过剖析高职院校教师专业化成长的内涵,阐明教师专业化成长在我国高职院校教师发展中的必要性,进而从明确高职教师专业化成长的目标、加强高职院校教师的职前与职后培训、完善高职院校教师专业化成长的政策与制度保障几方面提出促进我国高职院校教师专业化成长的实施路径。 Professional development of teachers in vocational colleges still has many problems such as teacher access standards, pre-employment and post-employment training, and policy and security mechanism. To solve these problems, this paper analyses the connotation of professionalization growth of vocational college teachers, states the necessity of their professionalization in their development, and further puts forward the path for their professionalization growth from the perspectives of making clear of the target of the professionalization growth, strengthening the pre-employment and post-employment training, and perfecting the policy and security mechanisms.
